Most common folds in E.coli K-12:
Change in protein abundance plotted using variability score (from Schmidt et al., 2016: PMID 26641532) for each protein.

Proteins were classified in the indicated groups.

Statistical analysis was done using Kruskal-Wallis Test or Fisher&#s exact test: * = p<0.05; ** = p<0.01; *** = p<0.001 for the comparison between very low and high score groups. Abbreviation: aas = amino acids.
